Prada presents an exclusive digital experience led by the Master Pastry Chef of Marchesi 1824 Diego Crosara. Selected Prada clients will learn how to bake an iconic cake of Marchesi 1824, one of Milan's oldest and finest pastry shops, known worldwide for the high quality of its fresh pâtisserie.
Prior to their session, attendees will receive the recipe enclosed in a special "Home Pastry" box, containing the ingredients and the baking utensils supplied by Marchesi 1824.

Diego Crosara, a pastry chef from Vicenza with consolidated experience, has joined several events and competitions at a national and international level, bringing awards and successes to the highest levels. His latest achievements are the silver medal at the WPTC World Pastry Competition held in Phoenix in 2010 as Captain of the Italian Pastry Team, and the victory as team manager of the Italian Gelato Team of the Gelato World Cup in 2016.
