Located inside the newly renovated Prada ION Orchard boutique, the Prada Caffè revisits the brand’s visual hallmarks, with every choice – from the decor and menu to the tableware and atmosphere – reflecting the brand’s language, approach, and distinctive way of viewing the world.

The green on the walls, velvet sofas and chairs is an iconic color for the brand, while the black-and-white chequered floor is a perfect reproduction of the floor of the first historic Prada boutique, opened in 1913 in the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II in Milan. The walls are embellished with bas-reliefs featuring the same floral patterns. The Caffè space is defined by the curved glass façade, featuring the Prada triangle pattern, allowing a panoramic view of Orchard Road. The tableware is original and exclusive, selected by Prada to match the surroundings featuring pale-blue porcelain inspired by ancient Celadon pottery, made in Japan using an age-old colored glazing technique with a minimalist, modernist look and decorated with the brand’s unmistakable triangle pattern, alongside silver-plated cutlery.

The range of food and drink on offer covers the entire day, from breakfast to evening cocktails, and provides a subtle, modern take on Italian tradition. The Crostone, a refined interpretation of the traditional Italian bruschetta, sits alongside a vibrant selection of sweet, colorful Monoportions, reflecting a blend of modernity and history, tradition and innovation. Spritz and negroni-based aperitifs complements the list of signature cocktails, embodying the essence of the Venetian and Milanese aperitivo. Pastries play a central role, displayed both on the spectacular central counter and the wall behind: the selection of fine patisserie products pairs expert craftsmanship with modern techniques and classic ingredients with more contemporary flavors and aromas. The exquisite pastry creations are introduced in new minimalist packaging entirely plastic-free and biodegradable that uses only natural and renewable raw materials such as starch, water and fibers.
