The catwalk plays with perceptions of space by taking a 3-dimensional architectural structure and flattening it through the use of various shades of grey, creating shadows that are both real and applied.

The result is a large-scale paper model whose ephemeral quality supports the reinventing notion of fashion.

Ramps and steps add a vertical element to the catwalk that contrasts the flatness of the surrounding space.

Lighting reminiscent of a TV set adds another layer to the environment, creating an ambience that further alter the audiences' perception of what is real or fake.
